I love this pot ...the weight and depth proves it to be very versatile...I use it mostly to slow cook my roasts and whole meal-in-one pot cooking. But there is a major drawback that I have contacted the seller about...beware..the knob on the lid is so small and flattish that I cannot pick it up with my ov-glove and have asked the company to send me another type of knob. Wendy
