This garlic card is made from plastic with a pattern that was specifically designed to grate garlic cloves.  Simply rub a peeled garlic clove against the card for fine grating of garlic!  What you get is a perfect puree that is easy to mix with other ingredients or season any kind of dish. After using this garlic grater, simply run it under warm water and it's clean! Comes in Black, White, Green, Yellow, Fuchsia, Red, Orange and Blue.
