Light works well. Batteries seem to last as my Wife has left the drawer open for a bit. Placement can be a little tricky as you want it off when the drawer is closed or a little open. It would be better if the magnet was a little stronger so if the drawer was an inch open, the light would be off... All in all works as designed.
