The 5 Tier Chrome Storage Tower is an excellent storage option for closets, basements, attics and garages. With a sturdy metal frame, this shelf unit is very sturdy. Five shelves offer spacious storage options.
Made of sturdy 18 gauge steel, which is then chrome plated to achieve the shiny exterior finish. Assembles in minutes without tools. All shelves can be adjusted within 1" increments on the posts. Leveling feet are included so the unit can adjust to slightly uneven surfaces. Casters are available separately in sets of four. The casters are very easy to install, simply unscrew the positioning bolts at the base of the posts and screw in the threaded bolt on each wheel. Typically this can be done by hand, however a small crescent or open ended wrench will work the best to tighten the wheels securely. Holds up to 500 lbs. per shelf.

I had three people attempt to put this together. Unless someone knows how to bend metal with their mind, none of us could assemble this thing. The pieces simply don't fit together without bashing the metal hinges into shape. It's a good size, etc... Would be nice if it was designed to be assembled.

Bought the unit to use in small kitchen to stack and store pots and pans. Added S hooks to hang even more items from it. Very rofessional/elegant look with plenty of room. Being able to add wheels to the unit is great.
