I used these shelves in my former home and searched everywhere for them for my new home because they are perfect for a small bathroom, easy to install, sturdy and easy to clean.

Not quite perfected. The rubber seals keeping the glass shelf in the metal frame needs a re-design. When I installed these kind of shelves about ten years ago there where clear rubber strips inserted with a screwdriver. These models have a rubber strip that runs along the length of the metal frame and hang from the top of the inner cavity. The problem is the outer lip curls down so much that when the glass plate is slid in, the top of the lip is caught and is pushed in. The plate can now go only a partial way and will not hold. The rubber strip is pictured on the box having the outer lip remaining on the roof of the inner cavity to allow the glass plate to slide underneath.

I called the manufacturer who sent me new strips to no avail. I jerry-rigged with knowledge of how the old system worked. I removed the part of the rubber strip that holds it in the metal frame. I then cut the remaining strip in sections and inserted them with a screwdriver, just as I did with the old designs. I called the manufacturer again to let them know that their rubber strip doesn't work as designed.

These shelves are fabulous. I have purchased them before and they installed pretty easily. This time, however, the rubber striping the shelf nestles into was clearly the wrong item. I had to trim the striping width wise to fit each shelf. This was consistent with all 4. I would purchase again but make sure this was not the case. The problem, I'm sure, is with the boxing/assembly team who put the wrong striping in the shelving kit box.

I love this shelf in the bathroom. It keeps things handy, that you use often, but off of the counter. It is attractive, modern and easy to keep clean in a bathroom. I have used one in every house I've lived in for the last 15 years. I couldn't find one locally and was so happy to find them at Stacks and Stack, that I bought three!
