But we use it for plastic, glass and paper recycling. It is easy to empty and holds bags well. It is a toss up on the capacity issue, when a bin is filled with paper It is just enough to not kill my back to empty, but it isn't a huge amount of paper so I do have to empty it frequently. Pros
