Cons Best Uses Comments about Rimmed Bamboo Cutting Board - by TAG - 790145: I love this cutting board because it is the perfect size for a small family and because, instead of a moat or small well to catch juices, it has a tilted surface which makes it much, much easier to spoon out them out.
