Comments about Stacks and Stacks Light-up Rotating Tie and Belt Rack: Pretty much what I expected for the price. I looked around a lot and this one got the best reviews. Sometimes the ties slip off when you operate the rotation wheel and it's a little difficult to access the tie hooks. Otherwise it does a pretty good job.
