The Saffire Grill / Smoker is perfect for using alone or pairing with a wood stand! This three-in-one barbeque grill and smoker offers excellent heat radiation for an oven effect, lower temperatures for long-term smoking and high temperatures for searing. The design of this grill allows for quick heating and uses up to half as much charcoal as traditional steel grills. The durable, fade resistant ceramic glaze and fitted gasket allows this charcoal grill to retain maximum heat. Despite the high temperatures inside, the exterior remains cool to the touch! This grill has a wide temperature range, from just under 200 degrees up to 800 degrees Fahrenheit. The top of this grill has a temperature gauge and a stainless steel vent.

Because the ceramic interior of this grill maintains higher temperatures than traditional steel grills, there is no greasy residue left over after you are done grilling! Simply scrape away the burned residue on the cooking grid and you are done cleaning. The convenient smoke chip feeder allows you to create more smoke without opening the lid. This grill includes ceramic feet that protects your patio surface; if paired with a wood cart, it will protect the wood surface.
