It is heat sealed to 1.5" of soft cushiony foam, using our patented process. The vinyl top wipes clean easily with a dampened cloth. The captain's tufted pad has a clingy underside that stays in place without ties. Available in 11 stylish colors. Please see zoom for color examples.
