The frames are a high quality laminate for durability with high impact polystyrene dividers for easy cleaning. Please Note: A pair of narrow shoes can fit in a single cubby hole. At firts, it didn't look like the shoe partitions would hold women's chunky heels, but my shoes fit very well. I would recommend this product to people who want to gather their shoes in one place. The cabinet is unobtrusive, too.
