          this was a flimsy and aggravating design. After 45 minutes of rereading directions and resetting device we ended up with a hole in the wall, 2 headaches and, 3 scraped fingers and a broken product. DON'T GET THIS PRODUCT!!!!

          I bought this product after reading the great reviews by others who have it, but I'm very disappointed with mine: the locking mechanisms in both tension rods are defective, so we had to use the screw mounts. One of the reasons I purchased this product was so that I WOULDN'T have to drill holes in my plaster walls. I tried calling Polder, the manufacturer, numerous times, but all I got was a message telling me to leave a voice mail and someone will get back to me (which I did, but haven't heard back from anyone yet). Getting a live person on the phone is always nice, even if it means having to hold for a short period of time. I will never buy another Polder product again due to the poor customer service.
