Stackable Bed Risers - Set of 8 by Headwind Consumer Products

These Stackable Bed Risers give your bedroom an enhanced look raising the bed to new heights!  Bed risers also create instant storage space under the bed!

Forget the troubles of finding a storage place for clothing, toys, shoes and personal items. The "Raise Its" bed risers give you more room under the bed for taller storage containers! These stackable bed frame risers come in black and clear, allowing you to coordinate better with your bedroom furniture. For safety reasons, it is recommended that no more than 3 Raise Its be stacked under each leg.  Each unit will raise the bed by 1", so a set of 8 can raise a four legged bed frame by 2". They're also helpful if you simply prefer to have a taller bed. These bed leg risers are made of durable plastic with interlocking design for safe stacking and non-slip inserts to prevent sliding! These bed risers fit most leg types, including casters! Sold in sets of eight.  Made in the USA!

These was made of heavy plastic. They hold up to everyday use. I have a twin bed and I am overweight (even though I don't like to admit it). Items have been in use for a month and are holding up extremely well. I would definately buy more.

I didn't realize something like this was available until my wife went on line and found these. Wanted to raise the bed, thought I would have to use pieces of wood - ordered another set after receiving the first set. Great product

I didn't realize that one of the twin beds needed to be moved to make it, and the risers won't allow this.

These worked perfectly for a sofa bed. After years of trying to level an open sofa bed with telephone books and encyclopedias, it was so easy just to slip a riser under each metal leg and the bar of the open bed. The risers stayed in place too.

If I needed a riser to support more weight, I'd buy the wooden risers. But for my purpose, the plastic worked just fine.

                    Suggestion

                    Q & A

                    Questions about this item:
Shopper: Can these be used with an attached headboard?
Michelle S: Yes, it shouldnt be a problem.
Dale B: We used a set of risers for a Craftmatic bed - adjustable like a hospital bed so very heavy. After buying the bed, we attached a headboard to the bed frame. Since the headboard is attached to the frame, the risers under the head end of the bed, hold up everything just fine. The legs of the headboard do not touch the floor. Hope this answers your queston,
Thomas W: If the headboard is attached to the frame but not part of the legs then the answer is yes. If the headboard is also two of the legs the answer is yes as long as the frame is structurally sound. Make sure all nuts and bolts are tight and do not exceed weight limit of the bed risers.
kenneth p: I had a headboard attached to the bed and there was no problem using risers with bed. Headboard was securely attached and risers allowed me space under bed to put storage bins (which was my goal).
celine m: I used the bed risers to elevate a table on my porch, it worked great. I would assume they would work for your bed with the attached headboard, but do not know for certain.
Faron H: Yes, it raises the mattress and box springs up 1 to 4 inches depending on how high you want your bed. If your headboard is attached to your bed, it will raise it also. If you want your bed lower, you can buy a low profile frame which will lower your bed 4 inches. You can lower your bed by also getting a low-profile box spring. This will lower your bed 4 inches also but is more expensive. Most beds can detach the headboard also if you want, just push the bed up against the headboard. I sold mattresses for 9 years so I know my stuff, this is not opinion.
Rebecca S: Unfortunately I can't help with this question - since the daybed I'm using them with does not have a head board.
Shopper: Do these work on a couch ?
Jan H: I have no experience with it working for a couch, but as successfully as they have worked for my bed I would imagine that they would work well with a couch... Better on carpet than on wood or tile though.
Kathleen C: Sorry to say I can't help you. I've never tried them under a couch.
Roy L: We use them on a bed and have not tried a couch. However, I think they would work on a couch, because they are very stable.
Shopper: My bed does not have wheels. Will a bed frame without wheels sit securely in these risers?
Linda D: No, you not have to have rollers on your bed for the casters. They are very strong also. I used them on a heavy sofa to raise it up. They will do the job.
Steven N: It will. I use these to boost up a desk that's 3 inches too short. You may have to adjust them once every couple of months, but they're quite sturdy once they sink into the carpet and get a grip.
Roy L: We have both wheels and non-wheel supports on our bed. Both fit and function fine.
Kathleen C: Yes, we have castors (wheels) on four of the eight legs on the bed. We put the blocks under all of them and they are just fine. Wheels on the legs should not be a problem.
                    Deb B: YES,
Shopper: The wooden legs on my platform bed are 2 3/8" x1 3/8". Will these risers work?
Rebecca S: It should fit - 2 3/8" is the widest dimension of the recessed area designed to accommodates the bed legs, but because these are made of hard plastic, if your bed leg is even a hair larger, it may not fit properly.
Judith E: Yes, they should hold anything up to about 4 inches.
E I: The legs on our bed are 3-1/4" x 3-1/4". They extend to the very edge of the risers but still work well. At the dimensions you quoted, you should have no problem using these with your bed.
Shopper: What prevents the bed from rolling off the riser?
Tina T: The wheel of the bed frame sits in an indentation on the riser. Having two risers under each wheel raised the bed just enough to use the plastic under-the-bed containers. We've been very pleased with the product.
Melissa M: It would be a good idea to lock the wheels when you use these, but there is also a divet in the middle of the riser that the wheel rests in that you can't see in the photo.
Amy B: There are little grooves in the risers.
Shopper: Why do the clear ones look different than the black ones - I thought they were the same?
Kathy B: I purchased the black ones because they blended better with my bedroom set. I honestly do not know anything about the clear ones but I love the black ones I purchased.
Andy A: I have both clear and black bed risers. There is no difference in functionality; both stack and interlock together. Actually, I kind of like having both clear and black. It is easy to see from a glance how many are under each leg of the bed. My headboard is a couple of bed risers higher. That is also why I ended up with both clear and black risers. --andy
                    Comment(s) about this item:
GAY R T: Color, ability to stack, and price were each what I wanted.
kathleen m: They can be added to each other which makes them more versatile. I was looking for 2" risers and cannot find any anywhere.
Becky B: I was looking for a way to raise my bed about an inch or two so my bedskirt wouldn't be too long. This sounds like the perfect solution.
Janet Z: looks like it will accommodate the width of my bed posts.
Kimberley G: I selected this item because my neice wanted to raise her bed just a few (1-2)inches. All of the other products available raised the bed 4-5 inches. I liked that these risers give options for adjusting the height of the bed. I read the reviews and all were helpful in my decision to purchase this set.
                    Lori C: storage
                    Jonathan P: For bed
Kent B: I needed risers that would accomodate a bed with casters.
frances c: To raise height of bed.
gudrun m: I bought a bed skirt and it is 2" too long
Donna H: No other options available. Nothing in the market with the height that I needed.
brenda w: My new bed frame is still not tall enough. I store underneath my king sized bed and the cats hang out there too.,
linda p: They are the best!
Pauline R: I was looking for something to raise a bench I bought to a few inches, these seems to be the perfect item for the job without going into too much expense. These were on Amazon, but you all offered a much better deal w/the free shipping!
Bonnie R, K: A friend gave me the info, since I need these.
Melanie R: Black will match the wrought iron bed legs and I have options for height
Cassandra R: I need to be able to use storage containers under the bed, won't fit right now will with the risers
Agnes P: I needed only 2 inches lift. Other products were 3-5 inches. Paid the shipping although I hate paying shipping.
Theresa P: Because you can adjust the height, are non-slip, and they are clear and less noticeable.
Rebecca S: I needed a bit more clearance in order to stack underbed storage boxes -the risers have worked great for that purpose.
Dale B: For health reasons - needed to raise the head of the bed. We thought this product would meet our need.
Tina T: These risers raised the bed frame just enough to use the under-the-bed storage containers. Other products raise the bed too high.
jean d: They were the only ones that would elevate bed the height I needed so old twin bed would match new one in height. I thought the clear ones would be cool.
