The advantages of each knife include an ergonomic handle, a special grinding method used to keep the knife sharper longer, seamless perfection and hygienic transition from blade to handle. A metal "pearl" clearly demarcates the end of the handle on this cutlery, for better control when cutting. Hand wash only, sharpen regularly, use wooden or plastic cutting surface only, store securely. Each knife is sold separately.
