product is very attractive, works super, heats very fast. the lid which can be removed for cleaning (or not) seems fragile, your kids or a clumsy user might break it, but if handled with respect this unit is nice stainless unit for making perfect tea or whatever with no plastic tastes. Nice safety features too.
