I find such a big difference in the amount of lint collected in the lint catch tray compared to using dryer sheets. Dryes clothes quicker too.
No having to remember to add sheets in all the time. Leave ball right in there after items are removed. Clothes smells fresh due to laundry detergent not overpowering like dryer sheets. Bedding items have a bit of static but dry much quicker. Find the whole laundry room less stuffy when you walk in when using dryer balls.

Though this product made my clothes softer and fluffier, it did not reduce the drying time of my clothes. I will surely continue to use this product as an alternative to dryer sheets but I will not expect or recommend them to reduce drying time.

I always stick them in the dryer but haven't noticed any difference. I'm too lazy to do comparative testing with regards to dry timing and static cling tests. I thought they would be good because of less chemicals in the cloths versus dryer sheets. I was concerned of the plastic melting but so far the balls have retained their shape.

Bought these not too long ago. I use them all of the time. They do a great job on towels, men's under clothing, permanent press clothing, cleaning rags (not microfiber, Never soften those), etc. I find the drying time is a little less, the clothes do not tangle and they smell nice and clean. Best of all---no chemicals. If you have clothes with a lot of static cling, then you can throw in maybe half a dryer sheet to reduce that problem. I love these "little guys". Recommend them to all and especially chemically sensitive folks.
