The Chop and Drop Station is a metal leg 30" round unit, and features the "chop and drop system" -- this exclusive system allows for the sanitary collection of juices, the easy collection of prepared foods, easy disposal of waste, and effortless clean-up! This system features a juice groove on the cutting surface to collect juices and direct their flow to the "pig snout" (cut out in the work surface), and directly into a stainless steel chef pan that fits snuggly below. The chef pan can be replaced by a "trash ring". The "trash ring" is designed to accept either a common plastic grocery bag or various size kitchen trash bags, allowing you to dispose of waste directly into the trash. Includes a removable wire basket "speed rack" that fits conveniently in the towel bar to keep ingredients close at hand.
