This unit collects ALOT of insects. We get a lot of humidity, which brings out the gnats. This unit catches them all. The only bugs it has a little problem with is stink bugs - they like the light but don't always get sucked in. The unit is very light and portable and doubles as a small light on the patio.
My daughter is petrified of bees, and it works well on them also.

Since placing my Dynatrap under the porch, I have noticed a dramatic decline in the number of flying insects. (i.e.- wasps, mosquitoes and various flies indigenous to this area of New York State.) Thank you so much for this item, it was well worth the price.
