Sandra L: I don't know where they are made, but that is immaterial, since mine is sitting, useless, in our under-the sink kitchen cabinet, because I am tired of trying to keep it working!

Sandra L: I thought it was a cool idea...and it is...but mine has never worked without clogging. Thinning the soup until it is watery helps- as does pumping hot water through the tube every few days; but it finally quit working altogether.
