Comments about Stacks and Stacks Towel Warmer: After as much as 2 hours of letting it warm up, 30 minutes more of leaving a towel on it, the towel was still not warm. Mfg advice: leave it on more, the oil inside has to warm up repeatedly before it will work properly (nothing in the instructions about this quirk). Then wanting to return the product, they just said, "dispose of it, do not return it". Hard to believe. I'll never know if it was defective or just SOP for towel warmers of this price. Does anyone think that an oil filled heating device is easy to dispose of? As for recommending it to a friend, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.  Pros
