The stand looks great. It was a little difficult following the instructions, so it took longer than expected, but in the end I figured it out. Unfortunately, one of the last pieces I needed was not included, so I called the company, and they sent me the missing part, and I received it within 4 days of calling. In the end, I really like the product now, but because of time delays, that was only reason I did not give the product 5 stars.
