This ultimate mobile kitchen cart features the "chop and drop system". This exclusive system allows for the sanitary collection of juices and prepared foods, as well as easy disposal of waste, and effortless clean-up. How it works: a juice groove on the cutting surface collects juices and directs their flow to the "pig snout" (cut out in the work surface), and directly into a stainless steel chef pan that fits snuggly below. The chef pan can be replaced by a "trash ring". The "trash ring" is designed to accept either a common plastic grocery bag or various size kitchen trash bags, allowing you to dispose of waste directly into the trash. The chop and drop system is located in the drawer on this model.

This wooden kitchen cart also features an oversized towel bar that holds a wire basket and four fixed "S" hooks. It has a solid 25mm end grain hardwood work surface and a 25mm solid Granite surface. 3" Commercial casters (2 of which are locking) allow the kitchen prep island to move easily around the kitchen when you want!
