It is made from durable, flame-retardant, vinyl-coated polyester mesh netting with a double-stitched, zippered water bag inside a woven polyethylene sleeve at the base. Setting it up is as easy as taking it down - simply place over the top of the umbrella and fill the bottom channel with water; just fold to store. Available in two sizes to fit 7.5' or 9' market umbrellas.
