A couple weeks after use, we noticed recurring powdery substance on wooden hanger arm and 4 tiny holes had formed which looked like termite damage. Company replaced the hanger and so far so good. Floor Lamp - Zone: The only negative comment is: The long carriage bolts and cylindrical nuts did not (always) match-up with the pre-drilled holes in the chair. Also, I reinforced the entire chair by using carpenter's glue on ALL joints and connecting points. I used two clamps on the chair to hold everything in place until the glue dried.
