I needed something wall-mounted for the laundry, to hang clothes to dry or after ironing. I bought two of these. They are sturdily made, take up almost no space in use, and fold down against the wall when not needed.

It might be handy to have one in a closet, too.

In a compact laundry room where every inch counts this product works perfectly. The adjustable feature is great. I can use it partially extended taking up less space or fully extended depending on my need. It is a very heavy duty, quality product.
