This product is absolutely inappropriate for an inexperienced user.

I had some interesting correspondence with a customer service rep Nicole Moss, with simple questions about what drill size I should use. Nicole Moss works for the manufacturer, Polder, Inc. It was clear to me that she didn't have the slightest idea how to answer simple questions with definitive, useful information.

I bought two of these, and one arrived with part of the large upper shelf fallen out. If you can fix something like that, you're OK.

Overall, they're light and flimsy, and poorly put together.

There is no list of required tools.

The assembly instructions do not include the screw sizes, nor the drywall anchor sizes.

If you're installing this thing by drilling holes into a stud through drywall, it's pretty easy to figure out what size drill to use. But, if you're using the supplied drywall anchors, then you really need to know what size hole they're designed for. The hole you need will vary depending on the design of the anchor.

I tried to wing it, and now I have holes in my bathroom wall I don't need. Not good.

The assembly consists of a shelf and two towel racks, one large and one small. The instructions do not make it clear where each is to be placed. If you get it wrong, you'll have to disassemble the whole thing (except the top shelf), including your mounting screws in the wall to fix it.

CAN'T USE IT. 2 FLAT HEAD SCREWS MISSING. WERE
PROMISED TO BE SENT NEXT DAY OVER A MONTH AGO.
I THINK WHEN I GET THE PARTS I WILL FIND IT PERFECT FOR THE PLACE I WANT IT.
CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT EFFICIENT. I FEEL WHEN PROMISED SOMETHING IT SHOULD BE FIXED IMMEDIATELY.
